The Custom Bracelet

Each item we create is hand crafted by our team. There will be slight variations from the pictures on our website and from piece to piece. These variations are not considered defects and add to the charm of your items. At times, stamped letters won't line-up completely straight. This is not an imperfection, but part of the piece's charm, individuality and uniqueness. We seek to keep our customers happy. We only send out finished work we would be comfortable wearing or giving to our closest family and friends. Although items are non-refundable, we do make some exceptions if items arrive damaged or you are completely dissatisfied with your order.

Because we create unique and custom pieces, returns have to be accepted at shop owners discretion. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
